Terms & Conditions
- Submission of Appointment
- A confirmation and submission of appointment booking / course booking is for one (1) person only.
- A separate submission or confirmation is required for the second person, if any.
- Payment for Appointment
- Make a PayPal deposit to secure appointment slot and pay the remaining balance via Local Bank Transfer/PayNow prior to the start of the session
- For cash payment, the full payment is to be made before the consultation session begins.
- Confirmation of Appointment
- A confirmation email with appointment details will be sent to you once the appointment is accepted in our system.
- Cancellation of Appointment
- No cancellation of appointments are allowed.
- There will not be any refunds provided for cancellation of appointments made on the date of appointment.
- Punctuality for Appointment
- Kindly be punctual for your appointment.
- It would be best if you could reach 10 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled appointment timeslot.
- Should you be late on the day of appointment, kindly call in at least 30 minutes before the start time of the appointment.
- The appointment will commence according to the stated start time. The consultant reserves the right to deny entry to attendees who are 30 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.
- Missed Appointment
- There will be no refund of appointment fee if you do not turn up on the date and time of the appointment (30 minutes after the scheduled time of appointment on that day).
- Request for a Rescheduled Appointment
- Any request for appointment rescheduling is to be made at least 3 days prior to the date of appointment, and the scheduled date will be subjected to availability.
- Amendment to Appointment Details
- EZ’S NUMERICAL DNA reserves the right to amend details of the appointment or cancel the appointment.
- In the event that EZ’S NUMERICAL DNA is unable to provide an alternative timeslot, payment received for the respective appointment shall be refunded in full.
- In the event you fail to turn up for your appointment, there will be no refund of appointment booking fee.
